All MALIKPAW products are custom-made based on the information and photos provided by customers.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Uploading clear and suitable pet photos.
  • Reviewing and approving digital proofs before production.
  • Ensuring that all submitted content does not violate any third-party rights.

MALIKPAW is not responsible for quality issues resulting from low-resolution or unsuitable images provided by the customer.

5. Artwork Approval

Customers receive a digital proof before printing.

By approving the artwork proof, you confirm that:

  • The design is accurate.
  • All requested changes have been completed.
  • The artwork is ready for production.

Once approval is provided, production begins and further changes may not be possible.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

MALIKPAW is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Force majeure events
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, returns and refunds are generally not available after artwork approval and production.
